Coach Services Agreement
This is the agreement between Kadre and you as a coach selling on the platform. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and covers the commercial side: fees, payouts, refunds, and who owns what. If the two ever conflict on a coaching matter, this agreement wins.

What we do, what you do
Kadre provides the software: your storefront, program builder, checkout, athlete apps, and the payment plumbing that connects them. You provide the coaching. The programs, exercises, videos, and advice you publish are yours, and the relationship with the athlete who buys them is yours. We are your tooling and your payment facilitator, not your employer, partner, or agent.
The platform fee
Kadre charges 10% of each sale. It is taken as a Stripe application fee at the point of sale, so the remaining 90% moves straight to you — there is no invoice to pay and no monthly minimum. We only charge the fee when money moves; if you sell nothing, you owe us nothing. The percentage is configurable — it is set platform-wide by the PLATFORM_FEE_PERCENT setting and shown to you in coach settings — and if we ever change it, we will tell you before it applies to one of your sales.
Payouts
You onboard to a Stripe connected account in your own name or business name. Payouts go from Stripe direct to that account on Stripe’s schedule. Kadre never holds, pools, or takes custody of your funds. That also means payout timing, holds, and verification are Stripe’s to decide, not ours — if a payout is delayed, Stripe’s dashboard is where the answer lives.
Refunds and chargebacks
You bear the cost of a refund on your own sale. When a sale of yours is refunded, the amount is reversed from your balance. On a full refund we return our platform fee too — we do not keep a fee on a sale that did not stick. Chargebacks work the same way, except the card network also charges a dispute fee, which is yours. We will give you the order and access records you need to fight a dispute, but the decision is the card network’s. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- You own your content and you are responsible for it being legal — that it is yours to sell, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and matches how you describe it on the program page.
- You must be qualified to give the training advice you sell, and you must keep any certification, insurance, or licence your jurisdiction requires.
- You are the merchant of record for your own programs. Delivering what you sold, answering your athletes, and handling your own tax obligations are yours.
- Price your programs honestly and state clearly what an athlete gets before they pay.
Your data, your list
Your client list, purchase history, and programs are yours. You can export them from your dashboard at any time, in a normal file you can open anywhere — no ticket, no fee, no waiting on us. We will not lock you in, and we will not sell to or market at your athletes as if they were ours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host your content and deliver it to the athletes who bought it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Termination
Either of us can end this agreement at any time. You can close your coach account whenever you like; we may suspend or close it for breach of this agreement, fraud, or to protect athletes. Either way you keep your data and can export it on the way out. Sales already made still need honouring — athletes who paid keep the access they paid for, or get refunded. Stripe pays out any balance you are owed on its normal schedule.
Stripe’s agreement also applies
Payments run on Stripe Connect, so Stripe’s own Connected Account Agreement applies to you as well, and you accept it when you onboard. Nothing here overrides it. If Stripe restricts or closes your account, we cannot process payments for you, and this agreement pauses until it is resolved.
Changes and questions
We may update this agreement as the platform evolves; the current version always lives here and we will flag material changes in-product or by email. Questions about any of it — hello@kadre.so.
