Categories we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember your cookie choice. They do not track you across other sites.

Analytics (off until you opt in)

With your consent, we use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how features are used so we can improve them. These load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and never before.

The cookies we set

• Session & authentication (necessary) — keep you securely signed in.
• kadre_cookie_choice (necessary) — remembers whether you accepted analytics, so we do not ask again.
• kadre_analytics_consent (necessary) — the flag our app checks before loading any analytics.
• PostHog analytics (analytics, consent-gated) — set only after you opt in.
• Google Analytics (analytics, consent-gated) — set only after you opt in.
• kadre_utm(analytics, consent-gated) — remembers which coach’s link first brought you here, so the right coach gets credit. Expires after 90 days.

Managing your choice

You can choose “Essential only” or “Accept all” when the banner appears, and you can change your mind any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential features may not work correctly without the necessary cookies.
