Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Kadre. By creating an account or buying a program, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them plain and fair.
Last updated: 27 July 2026.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can hold both coach and athlete roles. You must be at least 16 to use Kadre.
Coaches: your content and your athletes
Programs, exercises, and other content you create are yours. You grant Kadre the limited licence needed to host and deliver that content to the athletes you sell to. Your client list and purchase history are yours — you can export them at any time, and we will never lock you in. You are responsible for the accuracy and safety of the programming you sell.
Purchases, payments, and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy a program you get the access described on its page (one-time programs are lifetime access unless stated otherwise; subscriptions renew until cancelled). Coaches receive payouts through Stripe Connect. Kadre charges a flat platform fee on sales, disclosed at checkout and in coach settings; we only earn when a sale is made.
Refunds
Because programs are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final. If something is wrong — you were charged in error or a program is not as described — contact support@kadre.so and we will make it right, consistent with applicable consumer-protection law. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, break the law, or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not resell or redistribute another coach’s program without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
Health disclaimer
Kadre delivers training programs; it does not provide medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program, and stop if you feel unwell. You train at your own risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadre is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your export rights continue to apply as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; the current version always lives here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kadre’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? hello@kadre.so.
