Refund Policy

Programs are digital and you get them the moment you pay, so sales are generally final. That said, we would rather refund you than have you stuck with something that is not right.

When we refund

We will refund you in full, no argument, if any of these apply:

Individual coaches may offer a more generous guarantee on their own programs. Where they do, it is stated on the program page and it takes precedence over this policy.

Change of mind

Because a program is delivered in full at purchase, we do not guarantee refunds for change of mind once you have started training. If you have not opened the program yet, email us — in practice we almost always say yes.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not auto-refund past periods. If a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not trained since it billed, contact us and we will refund it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law. UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases, though that right can end once digital content has been downloaded or streamed with your consent. Where a statutory right applies, it wins over anything written above.

How to request a refund

Email support@kadre.so from the address you bought with, and include the program name and roughly when you paid. We reply within one business day.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. The money leaves us immediately; your bank typically shows it within 5–10 business days. Where a refund relates to a coach’s program, the amount is reversed from that coach’s payout, including our platform fee — we do not keep a fee on a refunded sale.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs the coach a fee on top of the refunded amount and takes far longer to resolve than a message to us.
